If you saw an ad, a post, or a message saying that Premier Dentistry will pay you to have dental implants or other treatment done, or that we are offering a dental implant “grant” — that did not come from us.
We have had patients call the office about offers like this. They are doing exactly the right thing by checking. But we want to say it plainly, in one place, so nobody has to wonder.
What we actually offer
We would rather tell you the real thing than let a fake one speak for us:
- A complimentary implant consultation. A real conversation about your teeth, your jaw, your bone, and what your options actually are. Nothing is decided at that visit.
- Financing and an in-house membership plan, for patients without insurance.
That is it. No payments to patients. No grants. No lotteries, giveaways, or “selected candidate” programs — not now, and not previously.
How these scams usually work
- A polished ad on Instagram or Facebook offering free implants, an implant grant, or payment for agreeing to treatment — sometimes framed as a research study or trial.
- It uses a real dental office’s name and phone number, because a real practice is what makes it believable.
- You are asked to submit your phone number or email, or to call a number.
- Then comes the part that costs you: an application fee, a deposit, a request for your Social Security number, or your insurance details.
Two things that give it away every time
- You are asked for money up front. A real grant does not work this way.
- You are accepted automatically. Real grants are competitive. Instant approval is not generosity — it is the hook.
And the plain truth underneath all of it: meaningful dental implant grant programs are essentially non-existent. Most insurers and government programs classify implants as elective. If a program sounds like it solves that problem entirely, it is worth a second look.
If you saw one of these
- Do not send anyone money, and do not give out your Social Security number or insurance information.
- Do not click through or fill in the form.
- Report it to Instagram or Facebook directly on the post, and to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- Send us a screenshot if you are willing. It genuinely helps us get these taken down.
And if you were thinking about your teeth
Something made you stop and look at that ad. That part is real, and it is worth an honest answer.
If you are missing teeth, or wearing a denture you have stopped trusting, or you have been putting something off for years — come in and find out where you actually stand. The implant consultation is complimentary, we will tell you what it would really cost, and nothing gets decided that day.
